Your support goes a long way
The SOMO Endowment Fund (SEF) provides for the future of Special Olympics Missouri and all its programs. You can support our charitable efforts through a planned gift, a direct donation, or a contribution to the SEF Founders Club. Your gift can have great tax advantages, provide regular income and will go a long way toward helping our athletes with mental disabilities and the wonderful benefits SOMO provides.
For more than 36 years, Special Olympics Missouri has been providing sports training and competitions for athletes ages 8 and up. In recent years, SOMO has expanded its impact to address health and fitness issues unique to individuals with Down syndrome, autism and other mental disabilities.
Special Olympics Missouri currently serves more than 15,000 athletes with mental disabilities. Research shows that more than 90,000 individuals in Missouri qualify for our programs but, unfortunately, we cannot meet this demand without your help. We invite you to consider a legacy gift to SOMO Endowment Fund and help us make the future a lot brighter for our neighbors with mental disabilities.

Many people consider naming Special Olympics Missouri in a charitable bequest, or will. Others consider investment strategies that provide income and tax benefits during their lifetimes. See all planned giving options.
Doing some good for a great charity is personal, planned and purposeful. Making a long-term investment through an SEF planned gift is a great way to do good work and pass on your values to future generations.
